OUR BRAND

 Why organic?

Our hair products are proudly free from: Sulphates, Parabens, Silicones, Fragrance and Essential Oils, and are also Cruelty Free and Vegan

Our Treatment Hair Oil is formulated with a lavish blend of organic oils to naturally heal dry and itchy scalp conditions whilst repairing damaged strands.

We spent over 6 months researching ingredients until we came up with our final formula, inspired by nature and traditional Ayurvedic treatments.

We hope you enjoy our incredible formulations as much as we do, everyone deserves every day to be a great hair day!

We are based in Melbourne, Australia and this is also currently where we produce our products.

How much does shipping cost?

We use Australia Post for shipping our orders. Our prices reflect the standard cost for our business to ship both Australian and International orders.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Standard $9.00 with Australia Post (estimated 4+ business days)

Express $12.00 with Australia Post (estimated 2+ business days)

NEW ZEALAND

Standard $16.00 with Australia Post

How do I place an exchange or return?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at lavishlocksau@outlook.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do I change or cancel an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at lavishlocksau@outlook.com to request a cancellation. If the order has not yet been processed, your credit card will not be charged. If the order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped, please refer to our Return Policy in this FAQ.
